【星級蟹宴套餐 Seasonal Crab Set Menu 

秋天是品蟹的最佳時節。米芝蓮一星中菜廳逸東軒行政總廚譚棟師傅精選時令秋蟹,以粵菜細膩多巧的烹調手法,配以上乘食材,打造出八道菜滋味蟹宴。精選菜式包括玉環柱甫伴煎釀鮮蟹鉗、金湯蟹肉燴燕窩、蠔皇十頭鮑魚扣花菇、花雕雞油蒸膏蟹等,讓饕客品嚐秋蟹的極致風味。

Autumn, the prime season for savoring crabs, has arrived once again! Executive Chef Master Tam Tung has meticulously handpicked fresh, tender, and flavorful seasonal crabs, paired with top-quality ingredients to craft an eight-course Michelin Crab Set.

This year's set features delicacies such as Stuffed Hairy Gourd Ring with Dried Scallop and Pan-fried Fresh Crab Claw, Braised Pumpkin Soup with Bird's Nest and Crab Meat, Braised Abalone (10 heads) with Black Mushroom in Abalone Sauce, Steamed Mud Crab with Chinese Yellow Wine and Chicken Oil.

【2025年米芝蓮星級盛宴 Michelin Degustation Menu 2025 

為慶祝逸東軒連續第九年蟬聯《米芝蓮指南香港澳門 2025》一星榮譽,逸東軒嶄新推出的八道菜米芝蓮星級盛宴,由行政總廚譚棟師傅選以上等食材入饌,匠心巧製成一系列得獎經典粵饌, 包括珊瑚蛋白百花釀帶子、松茸花膠佛跳牆、十頭鮑魚扣南乳一字骨、豉油皇煎斑球、迷你砂鍋和牛鬆炒飯等,讓饕客品嚐星級正宗粵菜滋味。

To celebrate nine consecutive years of being awarded with a one MICHELIN star, Yat Tung Heen proudly presents a newly curated MICHELIN-starred eight-course degustation menu, meticulously crafted by Executive Chef Tam Tung using the finest ingredients. This exquisite dining experience features signature Cantonese delicacies, including Pan-fried Scallop stuffed with Minced Shrimp, served with Steamed Egg White and Crab Roe Sauce, Double-boiled Soup with Fish Maw, Sea Cucumber, Conpoy, Sea Whelk and Matsutake Mushroom, Braised 10-Head Abalone with Deep-Fried Pork Spare Ribs Marinated in Red Bean Curd Sauce, Pan-fried Garoupa Fillet with Premium Soy Sauce, and Mini Clay Pot Fried Rice with Diced Japanese Saga Wagyu Rib Eye, among other indulgent creations.

【全新健康素食菜式登場 Brand New Vegetarian Menu】

秉承酒店對環境保護的宗旨,逸東軒今年將會推出更多素食菜式,為大家帶來更健康飲食之餘,同時延續環保概念。客人可享用由中菜行政總廚譚師傅精心炮製的健康素食套餐,當中菜式包括矜貴的松茸山珍養生湯,及精緻的羊肚菌釀新豬肉伴柚皮,配上黑椒汁,為素菜添上一分刺激。另有一系列單點素菜菜式同時登場,大家不可錯過。

Yat Tung Heen will launch a series of vegetarian menu to bring our guests a healthier diet and raise the public awareness to animal welfare. Chef Tam will present a Healthy Vegetarian set menu, including Double -boiled Matsutake Mushroom Soup, Steamed Cabbage Rolls Stuffed with Omnipork and Assorted Fungus, and many more, while a list of Chef’s recommendations will launch in the meantime.
