【冬至慶團圓套餐 Winter Solstice Festival Set Menu

逸東軒由12月14日至22日呈獻冬至慶團圓套餐,精選矜貴食材入饌,炮製成九道滋味佳餚。其中包括龍皇燴燕窩、油泡蝦球伴砵酒生蠔、清蒸東星斑、鴻運脆皮雞以及十頭鮑魚扣花菇等招牌菜。套餐可供四位用(港幣$3,880)或八位用(港幣$7,980),讓您與家人以豐盛美饌歡度冬至。

Yat Tung Heen presents a new Winter Solstice Festival Set Menu available from December 14 to 22. Savour signature dishes such as Braised Bird's Nest Soup with Assorted Seafood, Sautéed Prawn and Stewed American Oyster with Port Wine, Steamed Fresh Leopard Coral Garoupa, Crispy Fried Chicken, and Braised Abalone (10 heads) with Black Mushroom in Abalone Sauce. This set menu is designed for either four guests (HK$3,880) or eight guests (HK$7,980), offering a perfect opportunity to celebrate the Winter Solstice in opulent style with your loved ones.


【星級蟹宴套餐 Seasonal Crab Set Menu

秋天是品蟹的最佳時節,米芝蓮一星中菜廳逸東軒行政總廚譚棟師傅精選時令秋蟹,以粵菜細膩多巧的烹調手法,配以上乘食材,打造出八道菜滋味蟹宴。精緻佳餚包括花雕雞油蒸膏蟹、金湯蟹肉燴燕窩、蟹肉糯米脆皮乳豬及十頭鮑魚伴花膠等,讓饕客嚐盡金秋鮮味。套餐由11月1日起供應。

Yat Tung Heen's popular Seasonal Crab Set is back this year, available at HK$938 per person (minimum 2 persons). Executive Chef Master Tam Tung has meticulously selected fresh, tender, and richly flavored seasonal crabs, paired with top-notch ingredients to create an eight-course crab feast. The carefully crafted dishes include Stuffed Hairy Gourd Ring with Dried Scallop and Pan-fried Fresh Crab Claw, Braised Pumpkin Soup with Bird's Nest and Crab Meat, Steamed Mud Crab with Chinese Yellow Wine and Chicken Oil, and Roasted Suckling Pig Stuffed with Fresh Crab Meat and Glutinous Rice, Braised Abalone (10 heads) with Fish Maw and more, allowing you to once again taste the unique flavors of autumnal crabs.

【冬日時令精選 Chef's Winter Recommendation

踏入秋季,逸東軒行政總廚譚棟師傅精選時令秋蟹,以粵菜細膩多巧的烹調手法,呈獻一系列滋味蟹菜及秋冬美饌。精選菜式包括秋冬必食的清蒸江蘇大閘蟹(五両半)、生拆蟹粉小籠包、蟹粉燕窩炒桂花、蟹粉琵琶脆豆腐及蟹粉扒豆苗等,讓饕客品嚐秋蟹的極致風味。還有暖身的枝竹遼東羊腩煲、南安油鴨髀鴛鴦腸煲仔飯,為秋冬添上陣陣暖意。菜單由10月3日起供應。

 Yat Tung Heen's Chef Tam is delighted to present a new series of luxurious Cantonese dishes that feature the hairy crab, under this year's new Chef's Winter Recommendation menu. Highlighted dishes include Steamed Hairy Crab (5½ Taels), Steamed Minced Pork Dumpling with Hairy Crab Roe, Scrambled Egg with Bird's Nest and Hairy Crab Roe, Crispy Tofu Fritters with Hairy Crab Roe, Braised Pea Sprouts with Hairy Crab Roe, Stewed Lamb Brisket with Bean Curd Sheets and Water Chestnut in Clay Pot. 為慶祝逸東軒連續第八年蟬聯《米芝蓮指南香港澳門 2024》一星榮譽,特別推出嶄新的八道菜米芝蓮嚐味盛宴(每位港幣$928*/兩位起),以上等食材入饌,匠心巧製成一系列得獎經典粵饌,包括玻璃蝦球伴七味金蠔、十頭鮑魚脆婆參、金華腿絲蒸斑球、鮑汁迷你荷葉飯及流沙酥伴桂花糕等,全是行政總廚譚棟師傅的招牌名菜,讓饕客品嚐星級正宗粵菜滋味。

To celebrate Yat Tung Heen having been awarded one Michelin for the 8th consecutive year, executive chef Tam has prepared a Michelin Degustation Menu (HK$928*/person, minimum 2 persons) that features 8 award-winning signature dishes, including Sautéed Prawn and Fried Oyster with Seven Spices, Braised Abalone (10 heads) and Fried Sea Cucumber in Abalone Sauce, Steamed Garoupa Fillet with Shredded Yunnan Ham, Fried Rice with Diced Goose, Chicken, Mushroom and Conpoy Wrapped in Lotus Leaf, Baked Puff Pastry with Egg Yolk and Osmanthus Pudding and more.

米芝蓮星級食府逸東軒推出二人自選午市套餐,只需港幣$688便可享用六道菜,除了足料老火湯外,客人更可從以下類別中自選一款心水菜式,包括明爐燒味、名廚推介、時令蔬菜、特式粉麵飯及精美糕點,當中不乏屢獲殊榮的招牌菜,如蜜汁叉燒、二弄蝦球、三蔥爆斑球及脆皮乳豬鮮蟹肉炒桂花等,以優惠價享用星級滋味!

【米芝蓮星級外賣: Michelin-starred Claypot Takeaway】

無論您想與家人朋友飯聚、又或者家常便飯簡單加餸,逸東軒的星級外賣菜單,提供超過20款砂鍋小菜,如和味粉絲肉蟹、乾蔥婆參雞煲、豉油皇焗生中蝦等,均附以可循環再用的砂鍋承載。同時外賣菜單更增添多款得獎名菜,焦點推介明爐蜜汁叉燒、二弄玻璃蝦球、七味鹽燒羊鞍等!

此外亦可訂購星級鮑魚盆菜,用上多款矜貴食材入饌,包括原隻十頭鮑魚、婆參、花膠等共十四款配料,可供6至12人享用,安在家中都能品嚐星級滋味。

Executed by Chef Tam, the new Takeaway Menu includes over 20 signature claypot dishes, such as Braised Meat Crab with Vermicelli, Seared Chicken with Sea Cucumber and Shallots, which are served in an elegant reusable claypot. The menu now also includes a new selection of award-wining dishes, with highlights such as Barbecued Meats like Signature Honey-glazed Barbecued Pork, Tiger Prawns Two Ways, Pan-fried Lamb Rack with Seven Spices and more.

Enjoy Yat Tung Heen's Deluxe Abalone Poon Choi in the comfort of your own home! Made from the finest seasonal ingredients, including Whole Ten-head Abalone, Sea Cucumber, Fish Maw, and more, all served in a reusable clay pot for you to keep and reuse, the casserole is ideal for sharing between 6 to 12 people.

【全新健康素食菜式登場 Brand New Vegetarian Menu】

秉承酒店對環境保護的宗旨,逸東軒今年將會推出更多素食菜式,為大家帶來更健康飲食之餘,同時延續環保概念。客人可享用由中菜行政總廚譚師傅精心炮製的健康素食套餐,當中菜式包括矜貴的松茸山珍養生湯,及精緻的羊肚菌釀新豬肉伴柚皮,配上黑椒汁,為素菜添上一分刺激。另有一系列單點素菜菜式同時登場,大家不可錯過。

Yat Tung Heen will launch a series of vegetarian menu to bring our guests a healthier diet and raise the public awareness to animal welfare. Chef Tam will present a Healthy Vegetarian set menu, including Double -boiled Matsutake Mushroom Soup, Steamed Cabbage Rolls Stuffed with Omnipork and Assorted Fungus, and many more, while a list of Chef’s recommendations will launch in the meantime.
